I am originally from Louisville, Kentucky but I moved to Denver 8 years ago and fell in love with it. I earned my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver. This is my seventh year teaching and my fourth year at DCIS at Fairmont. I have experience teaching in kindergarten, first grade and second grade. I am so excited to get to spend another year with the DCIS at Fairmont community!
When I am not at school you can find me spending time with my husband, Nick, and our puppy, Louie or playing a variety of sports at the park. I grew up playing competitive soccer and love to play anytime I get a chance. Also, I enjoy everything about the outdoors in Colorado.
Keri is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She moved to Denver 4 years ago to get her Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver through the Denver Teacher Residency program. She has experience in kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. Through that experience she has fallen in love with early childhood education. Keri loves reading, crafting, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. She is so excited to be a part of the DCIS at Fairmont community!
