Summary/Introduction:
Last week at DCIS at Fairmont, we had another fun week, finishing it off with an AMAZING Field Day. Ms. Brooke puts a ton of work into making sure Field Day is organized, FUN, and focused on building community with each other. Huge shoutout to Ms. Brooke for all of her work with Field Day and to all of our students and families! Also be aware there is NO SCHOOL on Monday! We will have our last Monthly Ambassadors this week, class celebrations, and opportunities to close out our year and say goodbye to some amazing students and staff. Tuesday, June 3rd is our last day of school. It is a half day, with dismissal at noon. Thanks for your support!

La semana pasada en DCIS en Fairmont tuvimos otra semana divertida, que culminó con un Día de Campo INCREÍBLE. La Sra. Brooke se esfuerza muchísimo para que el Día de Campo esté organizado, sea DIVERTIDO, y se centre en fomentar la comunidad. ¡Un enorme agradecimiento a la Sra. Brooke por todo su trabajo con el Día de Campo, y a todos nuestros estudiantes y familias! ¡También les recordamos que NO HAY CLASES el lunes! Esta semana tendremos a nuestros últimos Embajadores Mensuales, celebraciones de clase y la oportunidad de cerrar el año y despedirnos de estudiantes y personal increíbles. El martes 3 de junio es nuestro último día de clases. Es medio día y la salida es al mediodía. ¡Gracias por su apoyo!

| EOY Party Donations! ¡Donaciones para la fiesta de fin de año! | We are hoping to have a fun raffle at our staff end-of-year party to celebrate an amazing year. We are looking for donations that teachers would enjoy to raffle off. Some examples might be: gift cards to restaurants, gift baskets, coffee baskets, experiences of any kind (zoo, botanic gardens, etc), and anything else that teachers might enjoy over the summer! If you have anything you’d like to donate, feel free to reach out to Meg Zimmerman or just drop it off in the front office and let them know it’s for the raffle, and to direct it to Meg Zimmerman. | Free ballet classes Clases de ballet gratuitas | We would like to invite your students to attend Ballet Ariel’s Summer Workshop, offering free ballet classes. Ballet Ariel is a professional ballet company based in Denver, near your school. We are offering beginning ballet classes for ages 5-10. These classes are held at Denver Dance Center on Tuesdays from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. July 15-July 29.  | Nos gustaría invitar a sus alumnos a asistir al Taller de Verano de Ballet Ariel, que ofrece clases de ballet gratuitas.
